Join local Westport garden designer, artist, and longtime Aspetuck member Jay Petrow at his home for a fall garden tour and pop-up art show. Tour limited to 20 people .
Jay’s Story:
Over 30 years, our once-bare, outdated landscape has evolved into a layered garden of trees, shrubs, meadow plants, and perennials, with a growing emphasis on native species that support birds and other wildlife.
The garden reflects my journey from a novice gardener to a landscape designer, experimenting with plants, replacing lawn, and developing creative solutions for privacy, shade, and stormwater management.
I look forward to sharing what has worked, what hasn’t, and how homeowners can create beautiful, functional landscapes that benefit both people and nature.
