Titled "Trespassing and Conservation," author James Prosek's speech at the Westport Public Library will focus on protecting the environment.

WESTPORT, CT — James Prosek, a conservationist and author whose career was inspired by his childhood spent "trespassing" the Aspetuck Reservoir area, will talk conservation at the Westport Public Library next month.

Prosek's talk is titled "Trespassing and Conservation," and it will take place on Wednesday, April 6 beginning at 7 p.m. at the library (20 Jesup Road, Westport).

The lecture will "draw attention to the beauty of our natural world while urging us to protect, conserve and connect our lands restoring a healthy ecosystem for all," officials wrote in a news release.
